Trying to get back some of my old glory!

TRT started for a while feeling a lot better.

5'5" 185 lbs. about 17% bf from calipers.

Goal of getting to 10 to 12% by summer at around 185 to 190, so mainly recomp.

TRT = test cyp 100mg 2x week, Anastrozole .5 mg 3x week, 50iu hcg 2x week.

Lifting hard, diet is about 80% on track, tightening it up some now.

Planning a blast now. Done few cycles but that was 15 years ago. Lurked for a while. Things are much more mature now. Want to start conservative and see how things go.

Reading articles here, looks like Mast will compliment TRT well and a lil Deca for joints would be nice. Want to ease back in before trying Tren blast. Maybe plan for that in Spring.

Thinking about blast for 10 weeks by adding to TRT
100mg Deca week
200mg Mast 2x week

Weekly total 700mg= 200mg test cyp, 100mg deca, 400mg mast
 
You can do that with the right diet. The mast will help to keep e2 controlled better than if you were running test only. Are you including any cardio?

I row 5k a couple of times a week. Football season is over so I get my evenings and weekends back some. I walk everyday at lunch. Always pass the 10k step point. Also do Eric Goodmans foundation routine for my back 3 times week. It's only 12 minutes but helps.

Tightening up diet now. Don't like protein powders so bought 300 grams of protein in liquid egg whites to drink. Goal for next 3 weeks is 250 grams of protein and 1800 calories. Got myfitness app to track food. Trying to keep myself honest.

Telling myself no blast till I can diet to 180 on my own.
