New Member

Hey all,

New to Meso and just wanted to introduce myself. From New Zealand, been lifting (seriously) for 3 years, of which 2 years are enhanced. Prior to that I've been doing the gym for 10 years on-and-off between work and qualifying in a trade. Have a few years experience with powerlifting but grew to love bodybuilding more so and now it's stuck for good. Favourite day being chest day, of course haha. Back day is a close contender

The game changer for me was joining on with a nutritionist as before I still had the "powerlifting diet" haha, and learning how to refine my programme which is still a work in progress. I'd be very interested in joining now with a BB coach to help me along if anybody knows of any in Auckland?

I'm 32 and favourite compounds would be Test E, Primo and the occasional cycle of Mast

Would be great to connect with other kiwis here on the forum and don't be shy in commenting below, would like to get to know you all

Happy lifting!

Good luck with your bodybuilding endeavors! You’d probably be best off finding a really seasoned bodybuilding coach online since they can coach from anywhere in the world and you may be limited in terms of english speaking coaches on that side of the world. Otherwise look for hardcore gyms around you and ask around!

Thanks so much for your advice! I'll definitely have a look as it's really the next step for me now
