Howdy friends,
New here after reading a bunch, seems like a great place to get some great insights and a few laughs. A bit about me:

5'10, 265lb
Compete in Strongman, 2-3 comps a year
Been lifting since 16, cycling for the past 4 years. Always a skeptic, bloodwork is the only thing that makes me feel better.
Excited to learn more here and sharpen the sword. My goals are geared towards getting as freakishly big as possible. Always on the hunt for the most optimal mass building stack and any ancient secrets (I know, it's more food. It's always more food).
