Hi guys pretty sure what your answer will be, but im asking anyway to get your opinions.

Ordered from vendor to canada, my parcel has been stuck at warehouse ups scan, for now 6 days, it said cleared customs prior to that but tracker can be buggy.

Vendor told me to call customs because a k24 receit was done for my parcel? Obviously im not too eager to call customs, maybe I could call warehouse instead and give tracking id?

What would you guys do? thanks

Hi @Matsauce6 In general, contacting Customs for any reason is advised against.

Google Search about "Canada Customs K24" linked this page:

https://publications.gc.ca/site/eng/320391/publication.html

"Persons' goods detained at the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or abandoned to the Crown - use of form K24, Non-monetary general receipt"

A few questions about your order to help with further advice:

1. What website(s) do you use to track your package?

2. Did you reach out to your vendor to ask about the tracking status? Or did your vendor contact you first?

So k24 would mean it has been seized
