Something to consider also would be natural anti-inflammatory foods, like ginger and turmeric as a regular part of your diet. Not sure how often you use Tylenol and ibuprofen, just suggesting a more liver friendly approach.

Turmeric stains the shit out of everything, so unless you like Indian cuisine, can get curcumin supplements. It has poor bioavailability so some companies add bioperine and/or some form of fat (MCTs, lipid nanoparticles, etc).

Ginger has a really strong flavor (nothing like Canada Dry Ginger Ale). You could try taking small bite-sized pieces and swallowing them down or also ginger supplements. I don't have any tips on ginger supplements.
