Hi everyone,
I'm 25F from Nigeria.
I consider myself a knowledge sponge. Been fat all my life and researching glps led me into this new world.
My major roadblock to losing weight is getting extremely cold to the point of icyness. Pushing through that led to the two fainting episodes I've had all my life.
Nigeria is hot so you can imagine how confusing that was. Bioenergetics helped but I took advantage of that warmth to lose 15kg and I turned cold and brain foggy again (was worth it). Currently trying to stimulate another bout of heat and it's gradually coming up. Hoping to use GLPs to take advantage without becoming icy again since my job is heavily dependent on me retaining brain power and good jobs are not thick on the ground here.
Figured the best people to learn about weight loss from are those who do it multiple times successfully, over and over again....for fun. Of course I have 3 peptide books now and use my free time to stalk forums.
Stalked but didn't join for a long while but finally decided to pull the trigger and I'm glad I did.
We don't even have CrossFit here lol so I'll never compete or anything but let's see what this body can become.
Glad to be here with all you angry roidheads. And grateful for the ones who remain nice. But here to learn from all.
