New guy here thanks for having me.
A bit about me:
30yo been lifting for sports about 15 years.
Football to wrestling to MMA.
5ft 11in tall 175lbs 10% body fat
Not very much muscle mass currently
Haven’t been doing anything but cardio for over a year. I got sepsis from an infected mat burn that I guess I didn’t clean enough. Almost lost my arm and muscle totally atrophied. Eventually healed up and then tore ligaments/tendons on my weak wrist when I fell and caught myself wrong.
Been doing TRT+ for a while then with the injury added GH and a couple other peptides to try speed running the healing process.
Now that I’m able to lift again and at a decent body fat percentage I am planning on running a cycle to see how quickly I can get back to my normal body composition.
