Thanks man I have been reading up as much as I can as well as getting some good information. My concern has always been hair loss & protecting myself in healthy ways. Just read a decent write up on avoiding hair loss since my fathers prone to it while my mothers side is not.

First cycle order 500 mg test e or cyp for 10 -14 weeks. Follow up with a solid pct. What are your ideas as far as pct, training and diet?

Understood, the ones I have ordered are 400mg along with a strong PCT constisting of Nolva 40/40/20/20 and Clomid 100/100/50/50. I was thinking of throwing in Aromasin including Proscar for hairloss in there as well.

Welcome brother. Definitely a lot of great info on this site. I haven't had to post a question yet because I always find my answers in the search engine. I'd definitely have an AI on hand for precautionary measures though. I usual run adex @ .5 e3d and it keeps things in check. Considering its your first cycle, you have no clue as to how your body will react so I'd definitely have all my bases covered. Your pct looks good, so I'm sure you've been doing your research. Yeah most definitely but I have had a change of plans recently had a fall when out in town. Was wearing dress shoes for the ocassion & those suckers have a smooth bottom so I slipped. Tried breaking my fall with my right arm gave myself a serious contusion, tore my labrum, got fusion fluid & a small cyst. So now my cycle has to be put off & now I'm seeing what treatments I can get that aren't surgical based since the orthosurgeon wants to operate.
