Hi guys. I wanted to introduce myself .I am 49 years old been lift on and off (more off then on) since I was in my early 20s. I am 5'9' current weight 198. I have been working out for the last 4 months and went from 235 pounds down to 198 and 25% body fat. I have been reading the forums for the last 4 months and learned so much here.(love it , wish i did more research when I was a young man) I never really made great gains but my diet was shit never eat near the mount of protein or cals in general to grow properly. I have so many questions. But i wanted to introduce myself first
