Hi, all,

new here. 47 yo male and researching for the past year all about peptides for the purpose of improving health and fitness. Landed here don't know how from some reddit, but I found very valuable informations so far, thanks.
ps: I know, reddit sucks, but it's the first line of interest in this.

Greetings,

Here's everything you need to know about peptides at 47:

Use a GLP for weight and / or general health benefits

Use rHGH or Tesamorelin for anti-aging

Use PT-141 for insane libido

Use MT2 for an easily achieved tan and libido

Since you're comfortable injecting yourself, unless you have standout Testosterone levels at 47, TRT will do more for your quality of life than any peptide. All the above compliment its effects.

Almost everything else is meh, bunk, has uncharacterized risks. or greatly exaggerated effects.

dont forget dermorphine and oxytocin, those also work rather well

I know opinion is going to vary widely on this. Just giving my personal view, and stating it like I would to a buddy his age.
Usually it seems to be people extrapolate data from studies on peptides and then use 100x (arbitrary) less than what was used in those studies. MOTS-c, SS31, TB4, etc. Too expensive to test them at their actual HEDs.

Well, I tried first the combo CJC/Ipa, but my immune system gets overstimulated and I can't sleep well, even at morning doses of 100 mcgr. Was thinking about rHGH, but I will first try the other morelins to see if they do the trick. Latest interview I watched of Dr. Seeds he was the opinion that the peptides are better route in general to the rHGH.
BPC/TB for now is the best for me. Feel great, sleep great, a lot of motivation and energy.
I use PT 141 ocasionally, I like it, but couldn't convince my wife to continue trying out. Too much nausea. And I really have to find a way to boost her libido.
I will be researching test before I jump on it.

Because he makes money shilling peptides.

If someone told you it's better for your friends to get pussy instead of you, because indirect pussy is a better route than getting your own pussy.... would you believe them?

I fucking hope not.

Get your own pussy. Use real shit.

And ignore the peptide shills. Only reason they push them is because it's legal

stop giving him ideas on how to structure his relationships, we have already seen how easy it is to influence him

I have pussies, don't worry. And titties, I see you all are fixed on them.
But he said that the peptide route is more natural because of pulses while rHGH makes it bleed all the time. And it pushes your body to produce the full spectrum of isoforms of GH, while taking rHGH you are taking only one, although the most important one. I'm not interested in becomming big, but in health, so the full spectrum seem better, right?

not really. As long as you get the sleep benefits from soma191 the isoforms do not do much. if you get bad sleep, the peptide stuff is still an option, but the whole schtick with the benefits of the different isoforms only really applies to those who experience bad sleep on GH

Tirz or Reta for suppressing fastfood belly and increasing TDEE, risking not much known.

GHRP loke IPA+CJC (no dac) for GH and IGF-1 increase, risking growth of existing cancerous tissue.

Selank to calm down and destress.

BPC-157 + TB-500 to heal faster from injuries, remodel the gut for good, and to increase systemic immunity. Mostly animal studies and anecdotal.

Mots-C to burn more fat.

Epitalon & FDSIP to sleep better.

That is assuming the foundational blocks of sleep, nutrition, exercise and of course Testosterone are in place.

do I interpret this as your opinion being tb-500 and bpc-157 being too risky for their benefits? Or simply that you did not dive into them (yet).

You sound brilliant! Here's an invitation to the Meso Mensa group! Meso Mensa

I'm not trying to rain on anyone's parade, nor am I saying this is definately the case, the jury is still out and I'm keeping an open mind, but while TB-500 and BPC-157 may sound promising their effects in humans are almost entirely anecdotal. Most perceived benefits are likely driven by the natural variability of healing and the psychological impact of an injection (studies have demonstrated injecting a placebo drug can result in faster healing!)

By contrast, even low-dose rHGH has A well-understood human mechanism. Stimulating IGF-1, angiogenesis, collagen formation, tissue repair and measurable evidence of effect, making it demonstrably far more effective than these peptides.

I think the recent incredible drop in rHGH prices has taken the shine off these two peptides. They were more interesting when GH was very expensive and they were a much cheaper "rHGH lite" alternative for healing injuries. Now, imo, you might as well go with the "real thing".

I for one, am somebody who had none of the benefits and some negative side effects from injecting both, so it's good to hear your perspective. thanks!

will look into rHGH some more now.

Oh good, I thought you might be a true believer setting me up as a heretic and about to go on a healing peptide Jihad, lol.

Look at it this way. Severe burn victims are treated with rHGH, because it's proven to work. It heals soft tissue more quickly than anything else. There's really no doubt about it.

Now granted it's not without potential risks, but those can be managed, as they are with people treated with it for years or a lifetime.

I wanted to point out something external and concrete.... the medical establishment is pretty conservative, and aren't prone to just "trying shit", before throwing out my own anecdotes.

On Tesa or even more so rHGH you can clearly see and often feel tissue regeneration. After a few months, there's a clear difference in nail and skin quality. Wounds heal very fast. Long standing lesions often resolve. Immunity improves. Digestion improves (from gut remodeling). I might even chalk it up to a seriously convincing "placebo" effect were it not for the mass of research proving it does these things, very powerfully.
