Hey Guys,
My name is Stroman, I'm 29 years old, father of 2. I started training in a gym at age 12. I played Jr. High and High School sports, training continuously. In college I played intramural sports and lifted/remained active, however, I didn't stay as consistent in college with all of the partying and chasing pussy. Anyways, I've been back in the gym for about 2 years now.

Diet: Try to keep it Clean, high protein, low carb, daily juices, love veggies
Weaknesses: My wife is hispanic. She still likes to make exotic foods and she feels like she has to feed me huge portions. I lack some self control late at night/before bed when I get carb cravings. I do not like sweets. A snack to me is a quesadilla or a bag of chips with salsa. I have an office job so I am sedentary far too long throughout the day. I am not in great cardio shape.
Strengths: I am a gym rat. I love the smell of walking in the door of the gym...I snap into the zone. I have the ability to push the entire set. I have no problem gaining size and strength. Natural Athlete, very powerful
What I Want: I am looking for better diets, new workout plans to break routine. I would like to lose my belly fat. I want to increase my cardio endurance. (Be able to still run full court for several hours with the younger guys) My core is about average state. Top 4 abs show, but I have the love handles/bear belly look. I would then like to learn about running a cycle of gear that would take my game to the next level. I want to shred down and look and feel good for the rest of my life, but I'd like to be able to show off for my 30th bday.
