What's up. Been lurking around for months now here and other sites and determined the opinions here to be more reputable than the other boards I've came across so I decided to introduce myself.
I'm a former college tennis player that fell in love with the iron! Got a job at a gym 10 years ago and one of my managers got me rolling in the right direction. For the last 3 years the gains seemed to plateau, so I said fuck it, let's do this!
I just have 1 cycle under my belt and was satisfied with the results. Ran 600mg/wk test e for 16wks with a light dose of msten (12mg/day) as a kick start the first 4 weeks. Went from 207lbs to 227 in the first 8 weeks. Slow gains to 233 the next few thentried to trim up the last 5 weeks. Sitting at 216-220 one week after pct with the majority of strength gains and a better physique.
My goals aren't to be a body builder competitor just to look great. I'm excited to have found this site and looking forward to learning.
