New to Gear

Hello all

I'am new to all of this (gear) , I have natural low T, and i think it is time for a life change. Obviously before I do anything at all, I must confess that this site has an abundance of information that I can use to do things right from day 1.
I served two combat tours in IRAQ, I also competed at the semi-finals Golden Gloves in the state of NJ when I was 18. I'am 31 years old now.
I have been working out consistently for about 18 months now, before that i would work out for 4 months straight take 2 months off, and so on.
It seems as if respect and proper knowledge/ proper procedure would attract members to give advice , I also noticed that those new members that, for a lack of a better term "talk too much" can get grilled , pretty bad, lol.
I'am open to hear from people's personal experiences, accomplishments , and goals. Personally my goal is to reach another level of fitness, it is my lifestyle, it is my obsession.

Welcome to meso and even though I'm from the great white north thank you for serving and putting yourself out for the freedom of others. Some general stats such as height, weight, body fat and what training style you are perusing is nice to know too.

Good on you for respecting the dues of the board. Read twice as much as you write and you'll do just fine here I'm sure :D

Welcome. Thank you for your service. You won't get grilled (too much) as long as you do some homework first and then ask questions.

Welcome:) No one minds new guys talking, it is the new ones who show up and start instantly endorsing a lab or launching into some sort of ill-advised fight with folks that do poorly.

Im 5'6 , weighing at 205 lbs, at 18% bodyfat. My training style is bodybuilding but i keep my reps within 12-16 (I must be struggling within that range). My biggest issue is the diet, i will dedicate myself to eat clean for 12 weeks , before jumping on the Gear of War.
How about you brother?

I just show this show called "Marco Polo" and reveals his experiences with " GENGHIS KHAN"!! he was one bad -ass mo fo (Genghis was).
If you ever listen to podcasts, and like bad ass history (Khan/Nazis etc. etc.) check out Dan Carlin's "Harcore History", you won't be disappointed.
