New to meso/advice for test/tren cycle

Hello all,
Getting ready to start second cycle will be getting pre bloods tomorrow morning and will post Saturday.


1-10 test prop 100ml eod
3-10 tren ace 75 ml eod
1-10 aromasin .5 eod

I'm in process of setting up pct any suggestions?


25 years old 12 percent body fat ... Clean diet around 150 g carbs a day 100 gram protein a day ....

Also any suggestions for this cycle?? Some people like to run tren higher than test ?? Need advice I want to be thorough ..

You ain't growing on 100 grams of protien man, period. Search the post cycle therapy forum and go from there. Also you say .5 mg aro? You mean adex???
 
What's your weight now and how did you get your 12% bf? just wondering because A LOT of people miss judge that and hate to hear the truth about it. I have seen guys well over 20 try to say they are 10 and they had it checked by a doctor blah blah blah.

You need to do a little more figuring on your diet, also need to know your fats you will be getting a day. Stats and more info on your diet will help us help you.
 
What's your total bodyweight?

Doses are kind of low. Protein is really low.

Yes I plan to up the protein to 200 grams Forsure and yes I will add the fats..... What are good fats? And I had it done at a local nutrishop and yes I will conculate a proper diet I still have a few weeks to have it all I'n line . I already aromasin for last cycle fiqured I use that as a AI ?????
 
My job doesn't really allow me to eat as much as I would like to pound but I will make the most of it ... Just weighed in at 167lbs
 
You need to do a lot more research on diet and training. I say that because this is your second cycle and you are at a weight you could easily hit natural. I am helping a boy at the gym that was 140 in March and is now 185 zeros cycles. You need more food it sounds like or you are not going to grow that's all there is to it.

This, in a nutshell, barring you being under 5'6".

And what are your goals here? You're running a cycle normally considered a cut. I'd go the other way at that weight. NPP and dbol would probably fit your goals better. Easier than trying to eat big on tren for most people.

What would fit your goals best is to just double your calories though. You need more food in you.
 
At 167lbs you need food food and more food. That last thing you need is a cycle at this stage. You will just be wasting gear and and whatever you do gain will be gone when your finished. As stated before educate yourself about diet and training first.
 
I want a clean lean bulk. I don't want to blow up in water weight I want gains I can keep and I'm natural a small guy at 5"7 so I think 165 is good but would to be at 185 lean and mean ...
Yes I will do research I also do 600-800 calories cardio everyday so maybe that's not why i don't keep all the weight ... But thank you all for your insight I was looking for advice how to run this cycle ... It's kinda like I'm already made a decision so I'm going to go after it and eat a lot more clean food
 
At 5'7", could be worse. Certainly not as bad as I was initially thinking.

Regardless, you're still pretty much running a cut cycle. Tren can absolutely be used for either, but most have a hard time eating on it. You are really going to need to force those cals down. Go higher than you think you need, you aren't getting fat on tren. Your tdee will go through the roof on the stuff.

I would consider upping the test. The true gains from test and nandrolone are just as keepable as from tren, the fact that people think they are losing gains by dropping some water is a silly notion. Pure psychological mindfuck, the muscle isn't going anywhere if you do things right.
