New to meso....getting back on the horse

Apologizing in advance for the long intro.

Noob to meso...stopping by to introduce myself. I lurked for a while and have done lots of reading. I was glad to find this community, as its already been a wealth of good info. I look forward to contributing as well.

So about myself.

35 yr male
235 lbs
6'1"

At 25 I took my first and only cycle....got swole, jumped from about 220 to 245+ lbs, dont remember the doses but it was dbol, deca, test. I remained consistent for about a year afterwards then fell completely off the wagon. I lost muscle, gained fat and at one point was up to 265 pounds of blubber.

Fast forward 8 years. I've been back in the gym for the past 18 months consistently 4-5 days a week, as well as run 7-10 miles per week. I have improved my diet but still have work to do. I'll post some pics from a year ago and now. (I have not taken anything yet). I am at the point where I know I'm committed, not going to fall off again and before I get too much older want to really work on myself, and go into my 40's on the right foot. As I have aged it is much harder to lose fat.

My first cycle at 25 I blew up, arms, neck, legs got super thick and bulky. My goal this time around is not to bulk up too much. I know some weight gain is inevitable but I'd rather just get cut up, and build my chest a bit. I'm not going to be a competitive body builder, so shredding every ounce of fat is not the goal for me, just faster improvement...looking and feeling good.

Here is what I am considering to kick things off please let me know what you all think.

HGH throughout and afterward followed by a cycle mentioned in another thread here:

Is this overkill for what I am trying to do? Should I start out with less? I know that may depend on the dosages.

Welcome. Looks you you have a good frame with potential. I would recommend a test and var cycle only. I dont think youll notice much with mast, that is if you can even find legit mast. You can ease into the tren in a later cycle. See how your body reacts to the test, you might be suprised in what that alone can do for your goals. Dont forget to get your bloods to establish a baseline. Also youre going to want to get an ai and serms. Full of info here, ask questions.
 
Thanks for the welcome and early advice. I do plan to get blood work done before getting gear, from there I can ask some better questions. AI...I was planning on Adex. Any recommendation on serms? I still have a month or so before I get my gear, I have a vacation coming up and want to wait till I get back before I start.
