What's up Meso!
I've been lurking and reading around Meso for about a year and finally decided to jump into my first aas cycle and joined up! Here to just soak up knowledge, get advice, contribute to the community however i can and kick it with the Meso Sharks!
Looking forward to learning here!
Here are some stats:
Former Amateur Kickboxer after serious injury and recovery decided to get into weightlifting
About 6 years lifting experience, maybe 3 years with serious diet and regiment
6'0
Usually walk around 225-230 (2.5 weeks into a test/var cycle and currently 249)
Probably walking around at 19-21% bodyfat
Just looking to get into great shape and maybe one day in the next 2 years do some amateur competing!
Any advice/feedback welcome!
