What's up Everyone?
32y/o 6ft1 and 205lbs and dropping currently. Goal 170lbs(I want my abs back)
As far as AAS use goes I've been natty now for about 2 1/2 years(last little cycle being a test and Tren deal at low dose) but from about 2015-2020ish I was on at least 500mg of Test a week.
My philosophy with how I train and eat has changed over the years. I used to be concerned with just trying to get as big as possible so I ate everything and trained as hard as I could SKIPPED CARDIO and went to the buffet basically. Now I'm definitely more concerned with my cardiovascular condition being as it helps speed up my metabolism and I notice gains faster and healing faster.
Anyways, looking forward to learning and sharing some of my experiences.
