Ok thank you I'll take all the advice I canWelcome to Meso. Here is an idea, don't go so heavy. I'm not being a smart ass, I'm serious. So many ppl feel obligated to lift a certain weight. Lighten things up, and use proper technique, and more reps. There's my 2cents. Good luck
I appreciate it o try to train 3 days a week as I would love to get in local competition as a power lifter I always try my best to keep good from and it funny you mentioned video as I record myself all the time to check my form I'm not real Knowledged in supps about all I take is protein just not sure what to get thanks agian for the advice^^^^^
I would also strongly advise you locate a spotter to wo with, but especially on "heavy lift days". Another techniques I've discovered is quite useful is the use of video during compound lifts.
It's AMAZING how easily those who think they have near perfect form, are convinced a MAJOR factor that contributes to injury and their stagnant lifting totals is poor body mechanics or technique!
I say this KNOWING all to well the majority of shoulder injuries in particular, might could have been avoided if a spotter was present and/or body mechanics were optimized, and there should be no doubt the combination is equally complimentary
