Hopefully someone can help me out. I am 6ft. 3" and weigh about 208. My bodyfat is around 20%. I would like some advice on a good cycle to do to help me get leaner and quite a bit more ripped. I am not too interested in getting bigger. If anyone has any advice, i would greatly appreciate it. thanks in advance!!!

like peace said.

you could also try an ECA stack...xenadrine, hydroxycut, etc. also, head over to the nutrition section. TONS of good info on proper diet and losing fat.

you dont need steroids. make sure your protein intake is up. for your weight, about 250 grams a day.

have a nice day

hey bro, winstrol depot & masteron always worked for me. I would choose Masteron but it's usually a little more $$. best of luck to ya.

Yeah, I've got a great cycle for you. How about a couple good cycles of not eating so fucking much and exercising?

edit- I forgot to add the 52 week cycle of not being so fucking lazy.

"Hey, guys, you got the magic pill that will allow my to sit on my fat ass while I turn into an adonis?"

thanks for the replys

I appreciate everyone's comments, even the not so polite ones. I actually don't over eat or sit on my ass all day and do nothing. Maybe my only real problem is drinking alcohol. I said I weigh 208, not 408. Anyway, once again, thanks to everyone for the help.

It was the 20% bf that was the kicker. And, yes, if you want to lose weight you also have to lose the alcohol.

It's this damn keto diet and the subsequent mood alterations of low carbs. LOL.

You're right, though. In the last week there has been a major influx of people asking about cycles with stats that make you wonder if they've ever seen the inside of the gym and, if they have been in there, if they've ever squatted or deadlifted.

not enough info bro? how much do you exercise? what's your diet like? have you taken supplements or steroids in the past? without knowing more backround info i can't offer you any solid advice.

ok, here's the deal

I exercise 4 times a week. I do 20 minutes of cardio each time and lift as well. My goals are not to get huge. I just want to lose body fat and rip up a bit. It just seems like, if you are not a total dedicated gym body, then seeing significant results is close to impossible. I want to know, if I should even take steroids, or if there are some supplements, that I can couple with my normal routine that will make a difference in a relatively short amount of time. When I speak of a short amount of time, I talk about 3-6 months. I am not trying to look like arnold in his Mr. Olympia days, I just want some serious results. I see guys at the gym all the time, who are totally dedicated to working out, but I never see them changing their body. I just want to get the best possible results without taking un-necessary steps. thanks again for the help everyone!!!! Oh, and the most important thing, I don't want anything for free, meaning, I don't want results without the effort. Mainly, I just want guidance!!!

An ECA stack could help with losing bodyfat. But, really, if you're willing to stick it out 6 months, the only supplement you need is a good diet and workout regimen. You can DRASTICALLY change your body in 6 months. Just realize that it will be 6 months of NO DRINKING and partying and whatever the hell else got you into this condition to begin with.

Can you make the commitmetn?
