ok, here's the deal
I exercise 4 times a week. I do 20 minutes of cardio each time and lift as well. My goals are not to get huge. I just want to lose body fat and rip up a bit. It just seems like, if you are not a total dedicated gym body, then seeing significant results is close to impossible. I want to know, if I should even take steroids, or if there are some supplements, that I can couple with my normal routine that will make a difference in a relatively short amount of time. When I speak of a short amount of time, I talk about 3-6 months. I am not trying to look like arnold in his Mr. Olympia days, I just want some serious results. I see guys at the gym all the time, who are totally dedicated to working out, but I never see them changing their body. I just want to get the best possible results without taking un-necessary steps. thanks again for the help everyone!!!! Oh, and the most important thing, I don't want anything for free, meaning, I don't want results without the effort. Mainly, I just want guidance!!!
