My arms have been getting bigger and bigger. They're at 18"cold and unflexed. Getting lots of stretch marks on the upper part which is a first. Did arm day today

Honestly if you are truly natural you have a ton of potential in the future young lad. Beast. But I will stick to my gut instinct and say you're not.(You could also just be one of those superior genetic freaks) Either way keep up the good work!

People do weird things man. Why post a natural log on a steroid forum? There are tons of natty forums with much higher traffic that he would get a bigger audience on.

I looked at his pictures, read through his diet and workout routine. I mean it all looks like something not possible natty. The amount of food he is consuming and volume he is training without overtrainning is unbelievable meanwhile keeping extreme vascularity...

Actually nevermind, I read more of his post and saw more of the pictures. Good work sorry for even bringing it up. Take what I said as a compliment young lad.

The reason people run natural logs is because they aren't dumb fucks who just buy the gear and then join the forum to learn afterwards. He has been here learning all he can before injecting shit into his body.. Something I can't really say I was smart enough to do years ago.

The point of a log is for motivation, and to keep yourself accountable and on track.He has said numerous times he's planning to run a first cycle very soon , so for you to come out and scream OMG not natty!! is fucking pointless. Because who really gives a shit? Go do that on bb.com instead where people get off on it, no one really cares here.

Not sure if you'd call me a genetic freak or not some of my muscle tye ins aren't the greatest. I do build muscle fast though.

I've always believed overtraining is a myth. I will stand by that to I have worked out 3 months without a day off I've trained 3-4 hours a day. If the food is there it's fine.

Hahahaha people can't seem to grasp that.. I'm fascinated about learning about steroids and what they do how they work. I've researched for years lol. I have a log on a roid forum cuz I can't stand the fucks on bb.com!
 
I'm just incorporating dumbbell work the last few weeks. I'm trying to get used to them. Always found it awkward. I think there are some benefits to these over barbell. I definitely tend to get a better stretch of the pectoral fascia

The bar on a barbell is what keeps the pecs from getting a full stretch . So the dumbbells go where a barbell cant ...
