Thanks bro been killing it. My legs are getting stupid big and veiny. I love it. Biggest my legs have ever been. All my big lifts have been going extremely well and have been eating a shit load appetite is finally high after being depressed for a while

Thanks bro I had to take months off squatting and legs in general due to a injury I'm really thinking 500+ squat is coming soon been feeling great in the gym. Have some crazy goals for 2016. With food juice and my dedication I really think I can hit them.
Be sure log that shit here. I've made a ton of progress once I started logging my stuff here. The guys here provide a ton of motivation and keep you from cheating yourself.
