Hit back today. Was one of the hardest and best back workouts I've had in a long time.
Tbar rows, 1 plate- 15, 2 plate-15 4 plate-12 5 plate-10,10 6 plates-8 drop 2 sets PR. That set took everythjng out of me to maintain good form and row those plates.
Close grip pulldowns went up to 190 with a tripple drop set for 8 then 15
Pull-ups 4 sets
Low cable row 12 12 10 8 tripple drop
Db row 3 sets rest pause with a 60lb kettle bell been going light on these.
2 sets of deadlift 225 for 18 reps each set.
 
Hit some chest today
Hammer incline strength press- I like this machine it hits my upper chest more then incline barbell. 1 plate-15 2 plate-15 3 plate 3 sets of 10
Flat barbell 275 5x5 315x6 225 3x10
In line db 4 sets superset with incline flys 70 and 40

I like hitting that one too sometimes. Try turning to the side and doing them (I arm at a time obviously), so that you are almost pushing across the front of your body. I know people say You can't target the inner chest, but i sure as hell feel it there.

That's a favorite of mine to focus on the inner upper chest actually
 
Yesterday did light legs mainly went in for calves and abs.
Sldl 5x12 with 185
Lying down hamstring curls 5x8-10 with 150
Seated hamstring curls 3 says with 130 for 15+ reps
Lunges 100 yards
Leg ext/leg press's superset 10x10
 
KILLED back and delts today. Hit a big ass pr on delts.
Pullup variations 4 sets 8-12 reps per set.
Dumbbell rows 125 3x8 each arm
Close grip pulldowns 180-12 210-8 150-15
Seated row 3x12 180
Rackpull shrug superset 3 sets.

Delts
Seated db millitary press. I do a full rom on these all the way down until they touch my delt.
70s-20 100s-10 4 rep pr!!! 70-20-15.
Wide grip upright rows 90 4x15
Lateral raises/front raise superset 30 lb DBS 4 sets.
Plate shrugs 45 plate each and 4 sets of 40
