I’m 36 years old, never stayed at a gym for more than a month, last year I decided I needed a change so I started running daily and just getting accustomed to the right form at the gym with all the different machines. Did that for 6 months and then …..
mid April
Sustanon 250, Tren, and EQ with 25mg proviron daily.
ran the test/ tren 3 times a week for 10 weeks
EQ for 9 weeks 2x a week
Proviron 25mg daily
After about 2 weeks of my last shot I did Clomid 50mg daily for 10 days, and now my new stuff just came in.
Anadrol 50mg, Test 250/Deca 200 combo, proviron 25 mg, and more Clomid as a PCT when I’m done?
I was told to run a 10 week cycle 3x a week, and Anadrol run for 6-8 weeks starting with:
Week 1 50mg
Week 2 75 mg
Week 3-6 100 mg
Week 7 75 mg
Week 8 50mg
Any advice helps thanks !!!
Also I weigh 195 and I’m 6ft I weighed 224 lb before I started to work out,
changed my diet as well
To 6 eggs 1 yolk oatmeal
8 oz chicken, 80-20 chopped meat, Turkey burger, or Salmon with brown rice every 3 hours,
Protein Shake after workout
Rice cakes for snack at night
120 g carbs daily.
0 extra sodium!!
