New Years Resolutions for 2022

Train harder, eat more and work my ass off all year and hopefully be a big ass monster with an acreage by the end of the year. This renting condo bs is killing me the more I think of it, endless pit of waisted money.
I want a place out on the west coast north of van and all that. Remote with a little land and a nice little house, get the family out of the concrete jungle. Peace and quiet is what I'm.into these days.

That's what I'm hoping to accomplish by the end of 2022.

More near resolutions are to quit smoking completely tobacco that is. Quit drinking last year and all the other bad shit I used to be into a few years prior. Just gotta get rid of them cigarettes and find balance and I think I got it licked

@Jbone90 yeah I'm a renter too, it's a freaking trap man. You spent so much money on it and the banks act surprised when we can't make a down payment on a house anymore. Like what are we supposed to do, be homeless for years to save up money?

Remember you are one year closer to your death!
Thank god. I've been doing this for a long time now. I've had a few good runs as well as been through some shit. I've still got some good times ahead, but I don't need another 40 years.

Yes. Do you think you are owed something? Go in the military, live on base, save your $. I know people who lived in their garage, or a camper (a small one) while they built their house. Then again.. you have to want something badly. Easier to bitch I guess.

Word brother dam near seems so lol. I shoulda pulled my head put of my ass in my 20s. Made lots of money but dam drugs and stupid shit I did just burnt it all. I used the excuse I didn't want to be held down anywhere where I wasn't sure I wanted to be.
Smart choice woulda been to invest in property right out of school. Buy sell rent flip. No reason a guy woulda had to be stuck anywhere. But live and learn.

Spent to much time in and out of the big house fucking around. Drugs alc crime. I'm so happy I am long past that stage in life now. Sure was a set back but I'm really optimistic about the future. I been out of that life for years and years but it took so long after to get back to good again in all aspects of life.

Hope this is our year brother ;)

Did you really just say "easier to bitch I guess", when you spend every single day on this forum bitching 24/7 ?

How old are you anyway?
I'm 20,281 including all past incarnations. yourself?

The dude really needs to move to some socialist county where his housing is provided for him, if he doesn't not have the ability or will to buy his own home.

I get so sick and tired of people bitching about they can't afford this or that. Maybe because they are not working towards afford what they want?

-Gain 20lbs of lean stage weight for IFBB 212 class
-Finally take my wife on our 5yr late honeymoon (family illness kept us home)
-get my son on the ice/field/court (he’s 4)
-get my management promotion/new job

• heal from my most recent breakup (7yrs) by going back to the gym and lifting for the entire year.

• go back on gear to blast an cruise again for a year or two.

• make fun money by trapping an hooking up with a lot of eighteen - twenty year old girls this year.
Great goals, great. The main thing is not to stay still and move forward, develop and leave the past in the past and draw the right conclusions from mistakes
