I was a pedestrian. Hit by a car about 6 years ago returned to work in 6 months with 13herniated discs just had surgery a year ago to fix the lowest 4 I missed 5 years of growth due to my guarded posture. I lost major mass everywhere I've been training hard for 6 months to step back up.. I'm finally to a point where yet another cycle will have a decent effect. Just happy to see the info and know no matter what you guy's have my back. It seems like there can be some real misinformed wankers at the local gym.
