Hello all. New to the forums OBVIOUSLY. Currently 5'9, 26 years old, 209lbs @ 21%bf. Looking to learn some stuff. Interested in learning about some stuff my friend just bought and stuff I took when I was younger and dumber. Also bought some stupid sarms a 4 week of S-4 and GW
