Lurker for about three months off and on. Just read a couple of good posts in a series of posts on what I had been using as a source. Ripped the source but did it with a sense of community. That's what I want - a collective community where information is openly shared (good and bad - but especially the bad). Anyway:

44 yr old male just started a life style change 3 weeks ago primarily to lose weight (245lbs down to 234lbs) and to be honest, not be embarrassed at the beach/lake/pool whatever. I have let myself go for a number of years. Not seeking a competition look - but definitely trying get back some muscle definition and to be honest, some vanity.

Went to a Dr (HRT) and am prescribed 100/ml Test Cyp (week), Sermorelin (nightly), and HCG (2 x week). On the 3rd week of this therapy.

I lift/exercise 6 x week. M-F chest and arms T/Th Legs and back. Saturday is a free for all just to stay in the routine of going to gym. 10-15 mins cardio to start, lift then 15-20 mins cardio to end. I average about 1.5-2hrs at gym. Lift weights aren't listed as they are nothing to brag about. I do try and increase by 5-10lbs week. Also taking it slow so no injury or soreness that may lead to a skipped day that leads to a skipped week to a skipped month.

Diet: Modified Keto. Taking it slow but have cut out all sweets (sweet tea, cookies, junk food, desert snacks, diet coke, etc) and shit like that. I try and limit bread though just had a peanut butter & honey sammich as I'm about go to gym. No pasta, rice or potatoes. Heavy protein focus. Breakfast 2 scrambled eggs and protein shake. Lunch a packet of tuna or 2 and shake. Dinner whatever my wife cooks minus the stuff mentioned above.

Anyway, good to be here and hopefully will be able to contribute at least in the HRT area and any new source I try out.
