Hi All,

I’m new. Lifting since 16, with a break from 19-21 so I could do dumb shit, and another break from 28-33 for schooling. Doctorate in biochemistry, so I appreciate things like HGH aggregate (argh).

45, 5’8”, 245, 18-20% bf (fluctuates a bit). Bald since 23, which is awesome since I don’t have to give a shit about hair loss. 575 squat/455 bench/405 deadlifts (pretty proud of the first two numbers, only started doing dead’s this year, so I’m clearly a pussy there). Natural up until last month when I got some HGH, which unfortunately doesn’t seem to do shit besides make me more bloated.

Since nature is likely going to be fucking up my hormones pretty good in the next 5-10 years, I figure it’s high time I look at setting myself up for a few cycles while I can still put on some muscle. Would like to get my bench up over 500, and maybe get to 250 and 10-12% bf. Losing weight is a bitch for me, but I’m trying to get down to 15% before I start up.

Anyway, happy to be here and absorb the knowledge.
