Newbie female AAS user

Women’s TRT is coming quite common in my area of BC in Canada. It’s ultra low dose , just enough to get them back into a normal reference range. My wife was on 2mg x 5 days a week but she started getting acne that slowly got worse and decieded she would take a break.

It’s a compounded cream in a deorderant like click stick. The doc was saying most younger women coming in with hormonal issues have basically 0 testoserone in there system , he says it’s generally the ones that where on the BC pill from the age of 16 well into adulthood. My wife’s Testosterone was literally 0 , she noticed a huge increase in sex drive , energy and started building muscle a lot easier. She was just doing spin class frequently at the time and over 6 first months her quads grew 1” not changing diet or training.
 
B5 in high doses does work. Plus, I had some prescription skin cream, but I believe the b5 did the trick for me.
I think real primo is better and has less sides than anavar. Nothing beats the pump and strength that comes from Var, but the appetite is I can do without.

Oh my god I’m STARVING! And it’s not just feeling a bit hungry. Like I’m hungry enough that I’m feeling weak and light headed a lot of the time. I think I need to tweak my diet because the hunger is more than is reasonably tolerable right now

Increase your calories and carbs. Try to eat something every 2-3 hours.

What are your current macros?

I was chronically starving like I couldn’t eat enough and I felt out of control. My strength was thru the roof so I was killing my training. For the most part, I was eating clean, but I was either sitting in maintenance or just above because I didn’t get shredded, but I did add a decent amount of muscle.
If you are in prep, stick to your meal plan. Do not add or increase food. You will blow up unless you are starving.

Luckily I’m not in prep and I’m really just trying to make myself look like a human version of a pit bull (so on the leaner side but my main goal is to add muscle) lol.
even though I’m hungry I’m definitely killing my training too. New PR’s on deadlifts almost every week which I couldn’t be happier about. I do want to lean out a bit so I think I won’t plan to increase calories drastically but I think adding a bit more would be beneficial.
 
Slowly bring up your macros to..
2,000-2800 calories
200g-250g protein
150g-220g carbs
70g-100g fats
Thank you for the direction here! I’ve screen shorted this and will definitely take the time to go over what I’m currently eating this weekend and come up with a revised meal plan for myself!
 
I fucked up my knee when I did a bad hip pin. My hip had almost completely seized up from swelling and my dumb ass warmed up for two minutes then went right into a heavy squat. My hip didnt act right on the way down and my knee made some funny noises and it hurts ever since. It always hurts when I do a narrow squat stance. I go pretty wide and that usually doesnt cause much pain. I get it though you dont have to squat with the goals you have. Did you like the sarms or the var better overall?
