Hello guys like on title I'm a newbie wanted to try out some stuff but wanted to get input and opinions with what u all have tried. Here is a little history
I have always been a heavy set guy. I'm 6'3" and about 6 years ago I was weighing in at 300lbs. Then Got myself working out and eating better and went down to 205lbs. Now I have gained some weight and am at 232 and have had a hard time loosing it again and wanted to try this out.
One of my buds said I should stack Tes300 and win 100 what do u guys reccoment and what achievement will I get if I stack these 2 together. Thanks

If you can drop down to 15% bodyfat id say you can get on a cycle to help things but higher bodyfat levels can lead to higher sides and if you can't get down from 22% to say 15% without AAS then something else is going wrong and staying on cycle all the time to maintain lower bodyfat levels is not good. It just comes down to calories in vs calories out, just eat less food, keep track of your calories and don't stress out too much. AAS won't burn the fat off, it will just help retain muscle mass and help on a high calorie deficit but you still have to eat less food and train hard.

If I was in your shoes though id run 300mg Test E week with say .25mg ADEX EOD (monitor levels after say 3-4 weeks and adjust from there) and id run clen and T3 to speed up the process but that is just me as clen can be harsh and T3 will most probably burn some muscle away, but they are very efficient at what they do.

The main thing though is to say be at a 250 calorie deficit and just take things slowly, get down to like 15% bodyfat and re-evaluate the situation.

Your correct but my eating is clean as to eating chicken, fish, turkey all that but not going down on weight. It's like I hit a plateau

that only tells me WHAT you're eating, not how much... i can be just as fat as someone eating junk food all day, even on a broccoli and fish diet, if i east enough of it..
however, this means you're consuming a maintenance level of calories, rather than a deficit. the more weight you lose, the less cals you ingest. However, adding muscle skews things a bit, the theory is still there and is still applied... you can't eat if you were, say, 300lbs, for example, and were consuming 3k cals a day to drop your weight to 250, those 3k cals are going to maintain @ 250, which means you need to take off another 500 cals (or build more muscle / both) to keep seeing progress in fat loss.

It took me FOREVER to understand that fat loss and body composition is a science, not magic. there legit methods and steps that work nearly flawlessly.

So instead of consuming 2115 calories I should take it down to maybe 18-1900?

I'm currently at 22% bodyfat
BMR is 2115
TDEE is 2965
If you are maintaining your body weight at 2115 calories - THEN THAT IS YOUR TDEE - get it? This goes to show that those online calculators are just about fucking worthless when you get outside the norms.
Drugs are not going to burn fat. Up your cardio drop to 1900 cal. It doesn't matter what the number is - it is whatever it takes.
You may have a hormone issue wish can be corrected by a doctor and will make all the difference in the world, but I'm willing to bet you have done work to do.
Ask me how i know, ask vanillagorilla, ogh, we all dropped large amounts of fat and hit sticking points just the same.

Very well said thanks. So first of all is go get blood work and check on hormomes then take it from there?

Are you saying that 2+2=4 and in order to get 3 I need to subtract? You must have a PhD in dietary sciences man :)
