Newbies first cycle Help???

I am looking to start my first cycle. I have been reading for a few months now and have come up with some ideas of what I might cycle with. If anyone has ideas on a first cycle for bulk, please let me know.

Working out for about 1 yrs
Eat at least 2500 cal a day with 1.5 gms protein of body weight.
Age - 30
Height - 5' 9
Weight 180 about 15 - 18% BF

Looking for a good first cycle with good mass

Was thinking of at least a 10 - 12 week cycle with Deca and test, mixed with dbol for the first 4 weeks.

Does this sound good for someone my size? What should I expect?
How about dosage and day of the week to take?

Any and all help would be great. I have read the sticky from Bob Smith and it is very close the type of cycle I am thinking of for the first time.

First I'll say that for only working out for 1 year, it's too soon to start a steroid cycle. Based on your stats, you have yet to lay down a solid physical foundation.

However, since we live in a world of "I want it now", I don't expect you to wait, even though it would be in your own best interests to do so.

For your size and wanting to bulk, you'll need to significantly increase your calories. Probably up to 4,000 to 4,500 with IMO, 2x's your bodyweight in grams of protein.

Your diet, training and resting will play a much bigger role in your gains than whatever cycle you go with.

The BS Test/Deca cycle with 4 weeks of dbol is as good as any. Go with what's already been laid out for you. The test and deca should be split up and taken twice a week, Mon and Thu, for example. The dbol should be taken 4 times/day, 8am, 12noon, 4 pm and 8pm, for example.

500 mgs of test enanthate or cyp for wks 1-12
400 mgs of deca a wks 1-11
d-bol is optional wks 1-5 30 mgs ed


PCT 2 weeks after last injections
clomid 150mgs wk 1, 100 mgs wk 2, 50 mgs wk 3
nolvadex 40 mgs wk 1, 20 mgs wks 2-3

I say a good stack of sostenon with some deca will give you good quality gains,.D-bol is very easy to aromatize and its very complicated if you dont know how to use it and its anti-estrogens,.good luck

If this is your first cycle you will grow like crazy with ONLY test. No need for deca at this point. You will gain just as much withought deca. And see how your body responds to just test... If you take test and deca, how will you know which one gave you gyno or other problems? How will you know which drug you like better?

After you get bigger you might need more drugs to keep the gains flowing, so hold off on the deca until your next cycle, or 3rd cycle.

You could use the dbol to jump start the cycle for 4 weeks.

Deca would be more of a waste of money and health than anything.
 
With this cycle, what should l look for to start taking Arimidex. How much,when in the cycle and when to stop. Should Clomid still be used at the end of the cycle
 
Update

Just wondering in anyone else may have an EASY first time cycle.
Slightly scared about injections, but willing to try.
Want something that will yield 15+ pounds.
Willing to eat and eat!
Any links on how to learn about post cycle with explanations???

PS My gym sucks, ZERO help in this department.

Although it is really not that bad since like there is only 2 or 3 guys there at a time and can hold about 100.

I live in the boondocks!!!
 
I would suggest you run only test at 500 mgs per week for 10 weeks - I like Max Rep's suggestion but not for a first cycle. Deca especially is a bit hard on some.
I always suggest a newbie start with test to see how it all goes before he stacks - but I have no problem with what Max has told you either. I just dont feel for a first time it is all needed.
