Experience on 400mg DNP for 25 days

Reading this post while if I skip one meal a day I find myself a road map of veins and can't for godsake put easily weight unless I stuff myself xD and he lost like almost nothing on 400mg of poison lol
guess thats why you wouldn't use it and i would, everyone has different troubles. It may be easy for you to loose weight, but not for everyone.
 
This is just straight up wrong, im not obese, reta wouldn't put me in a 3000kcal deficit..

Problem is people dont truly know how much weight they are holding until you get down real low… so he can’t grasp losing 20lbs in a month on reta.

Less kcals, more cardio, burn more Kcals is losing weight.

Your BMR is about 1800Kcals

You need to research reta, I am not the only one saying these numbers. They are very common.
The 3rd agonist of reta is why it burns so much fat, because it turns your body into a calorie burning machine 24/7.

I have to question the purity if you did not feel like ass on it. At 200mgs I barely wanted to move. And that's taking it with ECA and gear (prop and tren)
Girls run 200mg and find it tolerable. I question your aerobic capacity anf obesity if 200mg was intolerable for you.

400mg daily, yeah could be too much for most people, 600mg dailt and I think everyone will feel like shit such that irs hard to even leave the bed. I love DNP but if the dose is such that you cant even be normal human (or youre a sweaty freak) its not worth, and just lower the dose and do a little cardio. The cardio is more effective on dnp too.

tbh his transformation is pretty crazy. Think the point is this is harm reduction board, and advocating DNP without mentioning any cardio is quite the opposite of what a safe and measured approach to a weight loss phase for a recreational lifter.
Going straight to a particularly dangerous compound when you can easily lose 5-6kg and downplaying it as something others should do is pretty misguided, and can land other people who might be even less risk averse in bad situations.

obviously when i diet i eat in a deficit, but to loose 20lbs in one month i would need to eat in a 3000kcal deficit, this is impossible for me. Retas glucagon agonism might give me 200-300kcal burned daily..
