Reta is zero cravings, easiest diet I have stuck to.What made it even worse was that the cravings overpowered the sema and i still ate ~250g carbs daily.

obviously when i diet i eat in a deficit, but to loose 20lbs in one month i would need to eat in a 3000kcal deficit, this is impossible for me. Retas glucagon agonism might give me 200-300kcal burned daily..Deficit is not maintain.
