Newera.... Blast and cruise log... Hop in.

Yeah man I sometimes wish I could just forget about counting reps... Lifters usually load the bar with a weight and say I'm going to shoot for X amount of reps with this and then count in our heads, hopefully adding an extra few reps. Sometimes I think that we sell ourselves short from the start with that to a certain degree - we set a limit in a way and even though we usually push a bit further we may have still limited ourselves. I always feel like I do so much better on sets that I was just thinking lift, lift, lift... Instead of 1 2 3... Or like you did ten reps and then did 8 so it was anothet weird little mental trick that helped you nail 18.

These goofy little tricks are what help me push out those last few reps... And those last few reps are where the magic happens I think. Hope you smash a new PR with the backwards thing - I hit a new 225 PR with it the other day.

Hope you hit 10 of those reps on Monday then stand up and snap that barbell into pieces over your knee!

Wise words my friend. And I completely agree. The people I train I try to preach and preach not to get physced out.. But we all know we do it to now and then. Like earlier. I smashed 85lb DB on incline for 15 reps.. That next chest day I was like okay 90 for just 12. What happened? I got 9.. If I would have just pumped like I did on the 85s I feel I would have been fine. The 85 set a guy said what you going for I said until I can't do anymore. And I smashed it.. Wise words eman. Wise words.

Some good solid LBM thrown on past cycle! When you started I had 20 pounds on you now you got 15 on me! (I went down that 10lb but still amazing man!) also 15 reps for 90lb dumbbell incline is awesome glad you hit it.
Really now? I wasn't aware of that. How did the 10lb cut go? And thanks brother!! I was hype.

Ya man your gonna be out repping me in everything soon enough! I've got to stay under 175 now so Ima be a weak little man lol. Currently 180. I'd like to see you do some power building I think you'd get super thick! Like rack pulls and some heavy 3x3 days mixed in

Haha no way man don't say that! I'm dropping to 175-185 here soon too! Gonna get shredded man. And oh I may get into it again. I wouldn't mind maybe after this tren blast!

It's officially safe to say I'm the biggest I've ever been, especially while being this lean... Time to slowly throw 1/2lb a week on for another 6 weeks.. Then it's time to shred.

Don't stop posting just because your blast is done man keep us updated with your workouts and methods. I'm gonna have to take some time off from powerlifting so might try and be a copy cat from you :p

It's cool man... Don't go crazy was just saying it'd be cool to see some updates on that while cruising. For God's sake don't post a picture of chicken though... I've. Had. Enough.
