Hey folks been lurking around here for a while, I've ran mostly test over the past few years nothing really over 500mg Test E weekly.
Early 2022 I started a 500mg Test E blast I wasn't really in the best shape but I gained a fair amount of muscle mass and did lose a bit of body fat. (13 weeks total)
Cruised on 250mg test e for a few months, then dropped down to 125mg test e and completed a PCT and came off completely for 8 months.
Summer 2023 I ran test e 500mg test e with a 100mg daily UGL anavar for for 4 weeks and ran the test e only for a total of 16 weeks.
I then dropped down to cruise 200mg mid Oct 2023 and have been running this up to now.
I'm currently 5"10 90kg and I plan to cut as much as possible over the next 4-8 weeks with a mini cut.
10K daily steps running upper and lower body splits 3 times a week along with 3 weekly 5k cardio sessions 2300 calories, 200g of protein and the rest on carbs and fat not too bothered as long as I stick to my calories and protein.
I have a summer holiday lined up in about 16 weeks time and have some test e and masteron and was wondering what sort of dosages I should run given my previous cycles so put on some lean muscle mass before the start of summer. Adding more food weekly also.
I'm initial thought was to run test e at 600mg weekly with 200 mast e and then taper the mast up after running blood work to ensure E2 does not crash. Also maybe 4 weeks prior to the holiday to maybe fire in some var for cosmetic purposes.
Also if anyone has any other recommendations on compounds, I'm open to suggestions.
