I have said it before and i will say it again. As much as i like Nasser. He is done.He has been done for the past 3 years now.I always feel regarless of what sport you are in just walk away when you are at the top. That way even when you dont compete people remember you as a champion. Its bad he is getting beat by these "kids" who couldnt hold a candle to him back in the day.At least he had the guts to come onstage and pull it off.Have to give him credit for that. Toney Freeman was also in pretty good shape.Bet Author L Rea is pretty happy ;)

Well nasser didnt finish last, he finished 15th, there were more than 15 competitors. Time for him to retire.

It was been time for him to retire for quite a while now.He almost dethroned Dorian yates in 1997 at the Mr O and is the 1999 Arnold classic winner.

tony freeman is overrated his chest is lacking a bit compared to the rest of him. it was a huge field of competitors though. i felt that it coulda gone either way between melvin & dareem, but i thought dareem was a bit better ... i think melvins back is what did it for him.

edited my comments from sounding like an ass ... everyone is entitled to their opinion, but i was wrong in putting someone down when they work so hard to be where they're at.

Funny you talk about Toney---Me and him were just working out together on tuesday--- I dont know about him be overrated---Either way I dont give a shit--
Not trying to be a smart ass at all, I just dont watch contest, so I really dont know what to look for-

But it is funny when you see these guys in contest---they all look big, but when you are standing beside one of them in person, it is unreal what they look like ---

Kinda hard to imagine that anyones body can look like they do--

peace

that's definitely true ... i feel like twig amongst some of those monsters. anyways, wasn't trying to get on your friend ... i just remember one of his comments of how he didn't see anything amongst the pro ranks that impressed him. that comment turned me off a bit because he seemed very cocky by saying that. just my .02 standing next to jay cutler was crazy, seemed like a guy in a body suit or something just massive.

Well, when you consider there were something like 46 pro's from around the world competing at the NOC, 15th is fairly respectable.

It is funny how when standing next to any of them, especially anyone in the top 15, they suddenly start looking very good and very big... and you start feeling either small or out of shape.

The in person thing is so true. About 4 years ago the wwf was in town and a bunch of the guys came in to our gym to work out. I was just blown away at some of them..even the guys who did not look that big on tv.

Nasser is one of my fav BBers - My first Arnold Classic in 2003 I got a chance to meet him - real cool guy - talked with him for 30 min - He liked that i was Serb - even got a free signed pic -- I wouldn't like to see him retire just yet - I think 15th is fantastic considering his age - who cares if he goes with a whiper - If anything it shows his true passion for the sport and competition!

I say train on bro! I'd love to compete as successfully as he does at his age!

Sarcev appreciated the Serb talk even more....
