What up fellas, this is my second cycle, first tren run. I am 6 days in as I type this, haven't had time to sit to write an intro to the log. I'm running test p, tren ace, mast p. The test p and mast p is 24k. The tren is component th homebrewed from a well respected member here at Meso.

My stats
26 yo
6'3
225lbs

10 years lifting

One previous cycle of test e 60mg wk mast e 600mg wk tbol

Second cycle

30mg test prop ED. 210mg wk
60mg tren ace ED. 40mg wk
50mg mast prop ED. 30mg wk

Taking .5mg USA FDA adex eod. I have pre existing gyno that I have to keep at bay. Will adjust if I feel nasty sides

I just started hcg at 250iu today. Doing 500mg a wk. I read somewhere that 100mg a day would be better.


Experiences so far, I have had an increase in libido and strength of my erection.

Today I had an awesome day in the gym. I had an amazing pump and just felt great. Today I started a brand new gym that opened in my small town. It was an awesome day really!

I just sitting back and waiting for the tren sides. So far I have had 0 side effects, but I don't wanna bite my tounge, cuz I know they're coming! I'll try and get wk 1 pics up

Time to ride the tren train!

Forgot to mention. Eating a diet consisting of high protein and fat diet. I am looking to recomp so I am keeping the calories arounder 3400

Going to start fst 7 workout starting Monday in the new gym. Also I have been running ec stack. Taking 25mg ephedrine x3 daily and 200mg caffeine.

I have noticed some facial flushing here recently, I believe the ephedrine is to blame

Probably will cut it if it's the problem
 
Following. I've been thinking about trying tren for my third blast but that's a ways away. Hopefully the sides don't hit you too bad.

Running the same right now, minus the mast, test to make up the total, and with a lower cal deficit (full on cut). Less than a week ahead of you. This will be really cool to watch along with!

I do believe we're both going to be pretty happy when this is over bro!

Hey man I thought I read somewhere that ya did one pin of tren earlier and ya felt like ya got instant gyno. Am I tripping or did that happen??

Yea, this did happened around the middle of the year. I did one pin and I had to to stop didn't think I needed ancillary for one pin, that is the gyno I have to keep at bay.

I really.wanted to try and add someass with this tren cycle. That's why I am hovering around 3400 calories.

When I started my first cycle I was around 190 and made my way to 225. I was lean as fuck, it was an epic cycle!

Now I have a bit of fat, started at around 230ish.

The goal here is to look like I did at the end of the first cycle. It's gonna be tough though, but I'm up for the challenege.

Today will be my 7th day on, and I haven't had any sleep issues, anger issues,tren cough etc. I'm hoping that's a good thing.


I meant to ask, does anyone use an app to track their workouts, or do you track still using pen and paper.? If someone could recommend a good app to track progress, that would be great!

Notebook. I don't like fucking with my phone when I'm working out. I log it in a notebook at the gym and then transfer it to an Excel spreadsheet when I get home.
 
I just seen a thread about bf and veins, and I found an old picture of before I started my first cycle. Probably 6 months before, so this pic is around 1.5-2 years old. I want to be this lean again.



Keep in mind, this was achieved with no drugs just clean diet and hard work ethic. I want those abs again but with the thickness and densities have achieved with aas
 
Struggling to decide if I wanna go on a full blown cut for this fun. 2600 calories for a tren run just sounds like blasphemy though

Nitrust , you already look pretty lean & muscular already, I would pursue a lil more size . With some more mass you will have the complete package . Your almost there ...Go for it !
 
Goal here is to get lean like that again, but I think it may impossible in 10 weeks tbh. Especially if this tren reduces my cardio. I haven't even tried cardio since I started pinning. Gonna done a bit of hiit today
