NMN + rhGH

Nice. From the earlier mouse study I thought the human dose would be closer to 1 gram per day, but 5-amino 1MQ is so damn expensive (at least for me to run that dose); can't justify the cost.

But if you're getting benefits at 150 mg daily, that's a different story.
Yeah I saw those studies too and can’t imagine taking more than 150mg a day. The stimulant effect is really strong at that level and anything above that would be too much for me. It also seems to negate any hunger throughout the day as well, which I don’t really need given my GLP1 dosing schedule, but it does allow me to reduce the dosing frequency of those too.
 
I am currently using 3iu GH daily as well as NMN + NR 50/50. It would be really hard for me to pinpoint the effects of NMN as I'm also on trt/HCG and low dose mast. I feel fucking great though! Not cutting currently, just maintaining but I am fairly lean for not cutting calories.
How much Mast are you using? Ever use Primo in the same way?

Currently none. I use about 80 - 150mg with TRT at times for a light "cycle" but go above that for a real cycle. Higher dose makes me drier and I like the mental/motivation effects. The higher I go the more I notice my joints crackling and feeling crunchy. GH helps a lot to mitigate the joints. I have not used primo in this way but plan to later this year. Want to get labs on TRT + low dose Primo to see what negatives it may give me.
 
I've been taking NMN and NR liposomal along with TMG for a few months now. I was tired as fuck the first month starting on it. Now I feel fine but honestly no different than before getting on. In retrospect I was probably hoping for some added injury healing effects. I don't think I'll restock when running out

I had the exact opposite experience. I felt wired as hell and struggled to sleep the first month and then it edged off.

I feel similarly. I do think it maybe helped me loose a little abdominal fat but it’s impossible to separate that from the 5iu I’m currently doing (which I’m guessing did most the work). I do think I sometimes have more energy. I don’t know if it’s worth the overhead honestly.
