first cycle deca qv 300 mg , sust 500 mg a week im ending week 4 starting week 5, i gaied like 5-6 pounds, but at begaining of cycle , but that could have been because of the ammount of food im eating, cant tell in mirror... do u guys think being almost half way on a 10 week cycle, and not noticing gains is 2 early? im intaking about 4000 cal, 360 grams protien 2 gals water, getting alot of rest, and hitting gym up the hardest i have in my life... just give it more time to kick in?
