took steroids for many years. I've been off for 4 months and my levels are still shit. I am currently taking clomiphene. I took tamoxifen for 8 weeks to wean. then paused for 3 weeks and started with 50mg clomiphene per day. Now take it I've been taking clomiphene for 4 weeks and my levels are still shit.

LH<0.30
testosterone 1.00 ug/L

No sperms in ejaculate


I would be happy about tips because I am planning to have children

These are your levels while ON clomid? Or is this after cessating all SERM use?

Dollars to donuts he's been on 19-nors recently. Clomid wont help him crawl out of this hole, only time will. If he wants fertility, he needs to fork over the cash for HMG and HCG.

In this case your looking at serious case of secondary hypogonadism. Your organs are not producing the LH/FSH despite the SERMs. You definitely need to seek out an endocrinologist bro. Its highly probable you will end up on TRT. An endocrinologist may pin you with HCG to see if your testes respond, if they dont then its primary hypogonadism as well (It could be both).

I dont know what you took but you should provide more info on your past cycles both duration of continuos use and what compounds, doses, etc.

Yes. Hmg abs hcg will most likely give you fertility within 6months. Otherwise, you need to wait for the 19-not metabolites to clear which will be several more months + time after clearance for sperm to mature.

Take until wife is pregnant. Best case, you will have viable swimmers in 90-120 days. Worst case, it take 6-12 months to regain fertility.

Thats my understanding (i could be wrong). Endocrinologists and ferility specialists could set you straight.

But per my understanding, if your body wont produce LH/FSH its secondary hypogonadism. If your body wont produce testosterone despite the presence of
LH/FSH and gonadotropins, then it is primary hypogonadism. In primary hypogonadism your balls leydig cells are basically dead, the signals are present but the cells themselves are not responding.

In secondary hypogonadism the leydig cells are responsive to stimulus but the stimulus signals are not being produced. In that case exogenously supplied LH, FSH, or gonadotropins will make the testes produce testosterone.

So if you take HCG and your balls do not produce any response to it thats primary hypogonadism. Somethings wrong with the leydig cells, either they are dead/damaged OR they are missing necessary receptors to receive the signal (desensitised). You need professional help to try and rectify it and even then it may be impossible in whoch case the only answer is TRT.

Theres a product by Himalaya Healthcare called Speman, cl8nical studies have shown it can help restore the function of leydig cells. It does not work by increasing LH/FSH rather it somehow seems to repair damaged leydig cells or promot3 the formation of new ones. No clue if it would help in your case but might be something to look into?
