Hi, Been Workin Out Seriously For Like Almost 3 Months... 5 Days A Week.... Noticing Results..... But I Dont Get Sore The Next Day After Workouts That Much.... In The Beginning I Used Tog Et Sore Like The First Week, Now Nothing! Maybe My Back An Traps A Little Bit, But My Chest Nothing Like Before.... Maybe I Have An Unusual Lactic Acid Levels? Please Gimme An Answer... Someone Told Me If Ur Not Gettin Real Sore Then Ur Not Gettting A Work Out True?false? Thank You
