No Soreness???

Hi, Been Workin Out Seriously For Like Almost 3 Months... 5 Days A Week.... Noticing Results..... But I Dont Get Sore The Next Day After Workouts That Much.... In The Beginning I Used Tog Et Sore Like The First Week, Now Nothing! Maybe My Back An Traps A Little Bit, But My Chest Nothing Like Before.... Maybe I Have An Unusual Lactic Acid Levels? Please Gimme An Answer... Someone Told Me If Ur Not Gettin Real Sore Then Ur Not Gettting A Work Out True?false? Thank You
 
if you've been lifting consistenty and not missing workouts then it is normal to not be sore then next day. the only times i ever get sore is the week after i just had a week off or if i lift a certian bodypart unusually heavy and hard one day (which i usually do for a different muscle group once a week).

THANKS MAN, I HAVNT MISSED A DAY SINCE IVE BEEN SERIOUS WITHIN THE LAST 3 MONTHS... WAS JUS CURIOUS WHAT OR IF I WAS DOING SOMETHING WRONG... UNUSUALLY HEAVY? LIKE EXTREMLY HEAVY... FORCED REPS?
