Hello Meso members. I've been reading lots of threads here for awhile now. Seems like its the only genuine forum with REAL feedback. So I decided to finally join.

6'3
215 lbs

Been big into nutrition and training for years, but recently got very serious about it about 4 years ago. Looking to improve upon what I have already gained. Never ran a cycle before, but I have been on the fence about it for awhile, and I have decided that I want to. My plan:

first 10 weeks) 500mg Test E every week (Tuesday and Thursday)
first 4 weeks) 30mg Dbol everyday
week 11 and 12 nothing
week 13) 100mg nolvadex
week 14) 60mg nolvadex
week 15) 40mg nolvadex

Probably run proviron, along with all my other natural supplements and vitamins.
Any feedback will be appreciated.

Other than that, I look forward to getting to know you all.

Welcome brother. Few things about your cycle. You need an AI such as Arimidex during the cycle. Maybe .25mg EOD. Nolvadex is an estrogen antagonist (blocks receptors and prevents E2 symptoms), but does nothing to restart natural test production. That is what Clomid is for and you need to add that to your pct. Nolva also looks way too high during PCT. HCG during cycle will also keep the boys primed during cycle for an easier recovery during PCT. I would tweak as follows:

Wk 1-10 Test E or C 500mg/wk (250mg 2 x wk - Mon AM & Thurs PM for Example)
WK 1-4 DBol 30mg ED
Wk 3-8 HCG 250IU 2 x wk
Wk 1-12 Arimidex .25mg EOD Monitor & adjust based on visual/felt sides & Bloodwork
Wk 13-17 PCT

PCT
Clomid
75mgED Week 1
50mg Ed Week 2
50mg ED Week 3
50mg ED Week 4

Nolvadex
20 my ED Week 1
20 mg ED Week 2
20 mg ED Week 3
20 mg ED Week 4

Have bloodwork done:
-Pre-cycle as a benchmark
-After week 6 to ensure gear is good and E2 is under control (adjust Adex if needed)
-4 weeks after PCT to ensure natural levels have returned to pre-cycle benchmark
Good luck & keep us posted on progress.

Thanks brother for the help. I will add that to my grocery list. IDK if this is a dumb question or not, but do i just go to my regular doctor and have blood done?? And fill him in on my cycle, or keep quiet about the gear altogether and just get blood drawn?

Not a dumb question at all man. Happy to help. If it were me, I would not inform your doctor unless you were to have a problem such as an infection and have to tell him. This is just my opinion, & really depends on how cool your doc is. Most are not going to order bloodwork and bill insurance for tests that are only needed because you are doing something illegal.
I like privatemdlabs.com This is the test I get. It is a bit more expensive, but it will show your test levels above 1500, which is important if you are trying to see how the gear is dosed. It also includes estradiol, which is important to keep in check, as it not only causes the typical estrogen sides (gyno, water weight, etc.) but if it is too high or too low it can cause cardiovascular and other problems long term. Also gives you a basic blood panel which checks kidneys, liver, & pretty much everything else you want to be monitoring while on cycle. If you google a coupon code they always have 15% off, so it ends up being $84.99. Once you get the results black out your personal info and post in the lab testing forum. Lots of people will take a look and help you with any questions or concerns you may have. If you live in a state that they do not provide testing (mainly in the NE), I can help you get around that. It is a bit of a pain, but is possible.
