is it true thats it stop or make the gain/effect from steroids slower ??

my trainer say no but lot of other people saying otherwise so is there any proven fact about it ?

Not even close. Nolva will not hinder gains nor have any adverse effect on your cycle when dosed at 10mg.

Certainly, especially if youre gyno prone. Using a small dose of Nolva on-cycle is not uncommon at all. In fact some bb'rs use it to reduce bloat.
