Double check what email you interacted with. There are multiple people using scam emails that are very similar to the real email.
If you indeed have been in communication with the proper email then yes, you need to send the transaction ID which is standard practice now. Go into cash app and click on the transaction. Go to web receipt. Then click view on block Explorer. On that page at the very top there will be a series of letters and numbers. That is the transaction ID. You just copy it and then paste it in an email and send it and you're done.
If you have all this PROOF like you are claiming then post it. Post the proof or stop with this nonsense.
