So to start I don't take any aas, nothing outside of standard supplements. But my back has been killing me and it's not a muscle feels like it's inside me. Went to a friend for a massage they said it's back pumps. I just got some taurine. Now my question is could anything in my supplements cause this?

Currently I'm taking all standard doses and loads etc but heres the list

AAKG
Bcaa
Creatine mono
Zinc
Multivitamin
Fish oil
Glucosamine
Bulk electrolyte powder
C malate
Grape seed
Green tea
Vitamin c
And my protein is various truenutrition.com custom blends.

I'm living in a van at a gym and only recently started going full supplement for the 1st time in my life. An outside of aas talk never considered back pumps a issue I'd have. I know the taurine helps with it. But just curious if one of those supplements can cause this pain. Also I feel the pain when I piss like it's my kidneys. Went to Dr's all check out like not UTI or stones. They told me to stop taking all my supplements but that was just generic get out of my office advice. Cause he said they all can cause that and he doesn't know what half the stuff I listed is. All my work outs are cardio or low weight high reps. Don't really do much core work yet mainly upper body.

As a side note I did space out how I started taking the supplements so I could see how my body reacts to each one. And haven't had any issues I can identify as the culprit. I'm going to slowly introduce them again based on my needs but is there anything I should add or remove?

My diet only consists of about a dozen things chicken, brown and white rice, oats, broccoli, strawberries, bananas, venison, tilapia, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, eggs. Chocolate milk. Thanks in advance any help or advice is appreciated.

Honestly, some of those I have no clue on. A cycle would be cheaper and more productive than your current regimen, lol.

I would cut the creatine, and maybe the zinc first. Don't think I've heard of glucosamine causing pumps, but that would probably be number three.

If you're just getting back in, take it easy on the lumbar region. That's one area I've found that progression can't be rushed too much for me. Solid, consistent work, but don't kill yourself where it slows you down everywhere else.

I haven't actually done any back work outs mainly eliptical, stationary, stair climber, curls and some shoulder rolls. Hard to say but had to ask. Also my bmi is to high for that. I'd like to see how far I can go on baseline and working out. I'm 247 so I'd like to cut another 50lbs before I consider that route

These are the three I'd consider cutting out and check response. AAKG causes pumps, c malate does the same and builds off of the AAKG. The creatine pulls water into the muscle making it even more full. You're taking a lot of supplements though.. Tough to know if it's a combination of them or what is the real culprit.

AAKG
Creatine mono
C malate

It's not every day it would take me forever to list the regiment and dosing but that's just the full list thanks for your input. I'm going to start with those and see what happens.

Taurine helped alot. I think I may do a detox I feel like I've been burning so much fat I'm releasing toxins and it's hard for my body to flush them. So I may go easy for a few days. Try strength training and see if I can get a good flush out of my system and then hit the cardio hard again. Not really basing that on anything other then how my body feels. I feel like this may have been a slowly creeping up thing I ignored cause I've been trying to go as hard as I can and possibly to hard at that. Thanks for the input I'm gonna slowly stretch the supps back into my regiment and see how I react on the ones you guys listed and see if one maybe my issue.
