Greetings all!

A little about me:

36 y/o with no health problems. Super fast metabolism, it just never slowed down.
I am 5'10, about 143lbs, super lean, less than 5% body fat.

I eat often, breakfast, lunch an dinner (fruits, veggies, protein, pasta) The biggest problem is that, I cannot eat a lot in one sitting, I literally get sick to my stomach.

I have used pro-hormone stacks (Anabolic Technologies) with success. Considering a cycle, to help put some mass on.

I have done some reading, and I would like to stick to oral steroids for now, Dianabol, Anavar etc (yes, the thought of injection is daunting, and I live in an area where I literally know nobody, since I just moved)

Any advice is welcome. Thank you!

Welcome to Meso.

You need to eat more...a lot more. No excuses. Do whatever is necessary, otherwise you'll be throwing your money out the window. Better yet, donate it to a worthy cause. Not trying to be rude but that's the bottom line. DIET.

Thank you Northern! The biggest issue that I have with eating a lot, like I said, was that I literally cannot keep large amounts of food down. After that happens, I do not have much of an appetite. I have researched appetite boosters (not as much as I should have) in hopes that it would help. I have been told that good old Mary J helps in cases like this, but I am a member of the military, so that is out

I feel that I have a pretty solid work out routine, which works for me. My body responds best to all body training each day I work out. I usually do a 5x5/push-pull on my target muscles for the day and then supplement light lifts for the rest of my body.

I know that diet is about 98% of my battle, I was looking for something to help boost my strength gains.

Totally understand you were not being rude hehe, I appreciate your reply :D

Welcome to meso. My advice would be, eat a lot more tiny meals throughout the course of the day. You may not be hungry, but force it down if necessary. Another option could be the use of meal replacement shakes, may be easier on your stomach. Good luck bro.

Welcome to MESO from the women's section of the site! Try putting raw eggs, banana's, and peanut butter in a blender with some protein powder. Do this in the morning, and before bedtime! Eat small meals no bigger than you're fist throughout the day! Eat as much pasta as you possibly can! And eat as many baked potatoes as you can too! Good Luck with you're gains! ;)

Welcome to meso! There is so many knowledgable guys here that are willing to help in every way. Again welcome!
