On 2nd shot of first week running 600 mg of test E. This is my first go around and so far no sides no nothing I'm hungry as shit and I'm killing my workouts but is it still to early to notice any effects? What's the sweet spot of test E only where I start seeing drastic results? My training and diet have been on point for 6 years now and this is the first time running any gear ever. Any help would be much appreciated

Second shot first week and no results? Must be bunk gear bro..lol. :D

Be patient. It takes about 4 weeks for long esters to really spool up and take effect. Do some more reading to gain some knowledge on various esters and their common characteristics.

Haha northern I was hoping you would chime in. Yea I figured from what I have read about that the sweet spot for test e is generally around 4 weeks. Is this also when you would start to notice any side effects ?

For me it was week 5 that's when the magic started. Be patient I was same situation you are !

This is entirely individual as Hucking has indicated his experience is sooner than later. But for most men it can take a couple weeks to several weeks to really notice results. And sides can occur in days to many weeks. Again very individual. But the majority is weeks rather than days.

Do you guys get sore on a cycle ? I'm fucking killing it in the gym and it seems like I'm only sore for a day and it's gone normally I would be sore 3 to 4 days after. It's amazing

you heal super fast while on AAS. what AAS do is puts the body into a perfect state to grow and heal muscles. it is up to you to do the hard part of eating right, training hard, and getting rest.

There's a terrific video on YT that explains steroids, healing, and strengths quite well. I dont have it handy but explains the relationship between AAS and strength. Once again, as Hucking suggests, its not the "juice" that makes us strong its the rapid healing of torn muscle tissues that allows us to lift our maximum weight once per day, (or even more frequent depending on the individual and cycle) rather than every 72 or more hours for complete recovery. Each time the muscle tissue is healed, it grows adding additional muscle tissue. The faster you heal, the stronger you become. In a perfect cycle, diet and routine spot on, this process continues to repeat itself until your body has reached maximum potential for that cycle. Then you must rest and repeat in order to grow further. This is basically the formula that has worked well and most AAS users agree with.
