Have some cycle history from my early 20’s and then I slowly moved onto newer interests and haven’t researched anything in years. Few years back I ended up with a knee condition and I’ve gone through a bunch of surgeries. Been looking to get back into things because my legs are just beyond weak and with all the surgeries I feel like I need any edge possible.
After recently moving I stumbled upon my old dvd collection and was seriously thinking about sterilizing it and giving it a run. But running 10+ year old test prop even if stored properly might not be the smartest idea.
Was researching elsewhere and luckily found out it wasn’t the greatest place for legit info. Lots of reading to do but so far impressed with what the board has to offer!

Welcome to meso. Oh and don't mind the banned members that have responded here... It's nothing personal ;)

Yes Phil welcome to Meso and I can only imagine what you were thinking. It is kind of funny though you got the BS out of the way fast Phil. The rest of your time is all upside now.

"Maybe", keep that thought... I know a little about knee's.... Just get on board brother, and shoots some questions, concerns, and what your goals are. "Realistic".. You come to right place...I'm sure you'll get on the right Path........

And Welcome my friend.................AnalogMan

I'd be interested to hear what you guys recommend for a rehab cycle.

I need to develop and build up strength in my legs. I'm not looking to blow up and put on a ton of mass, I'm really looking for an edge that will help with strength gains and I was thinking that the quicker recovery would be a huge help for me. It had been explained to me that after a surgery it usually takes X amount of time to rehab and build the strength back up. Now if you need another surgery shortly after the first, this time increases and the rehab gets harder. Well I went four years in a row getting work done on my knee and never got close to where I was pre surgery.
Concerns I have - Well to to honest I know I'm not active enough or in good enough shape to jump on a cycle, well at least by my old standards. I've been dealing with the knee issue for a few years now and I'm at that point where I've had so many set backs I'm looking at anything and everything.
